TyLoo have defeated WeMade FOX in their opening match at IEM5 Global Challenge Shanghai.

The two Asian teams faced off on de_train in the opening match of the group for both teams. Starting on the Terrorists side, TyLoo won the pistol round and wasn't caught by surprise afterwards in the third round when the Koreans decided to buy weapons. That helped the Chinese team to establish money control in the first half and they ended up with an impressive 11-4 lead.

In the second half, WeMade FOX had a big hill to climb, especially after again losing the pistol round. Nevertheless, they managed to get back in the game taking 6 rounds, but it still turned out to be too much for the South Koreans, as TyLoo reached the five rounds needed to win 16-10.

With the victory TyLoo score their first three points in the group stage, while WeMade FOX will have to remain undefeated against Natus Vincere if they want to have chances of advancing to the playoffs.
